We are a family-led firm founded on the 10+ years of field experience of our founder Menderes Yavuzer, with thousands of successful client transactions. From the Gulf of Edremit to Biga, from Erdek to Ayvalık, we know every village, every neighbourhood-level development trend and every zoning history.

Double-checked portfolio

Every parcel that enters our portfolio is reviewed for title, zoning, mortgage, conservation and share status by two separate specialists. The parcel presented to a client is a parcel already pre-approved.

Written process

Price, expenses, fees, taxes and brokerage are presented in writing to the client. We do not make verbal commitments — what we never said cannot become a surprise later.

Continuity after title transfer

The relationship does not end at the title office. Our advisory continues, free of charge, for zoning applications, fees and tax processes — even for neighbour and boundary disputes.
